Established in 2009, Royal Square Financial (Pty) Ltd is a 100% black owned and controlled company. The firm was founded on the premise that the South African financial services industry was in need of an independent black-owned Financial Advisory and Wealth Management Company; whose primary focus is wealth creation, wealth preservation and the transfer of wealth for individuals, businesses and professionals.

MEET THE TEAM
Qiniso Ntuli, Founder and Managing Director at Royal Square Financial studied Engineering, Business Management, Wealth Management and Insurance after matriculating in 1993. In 2006, he received the Absa Junior Champion Award, in 2007 he went on to receive the Momentum Sales Award, and later in 2008, the Sanlam Sales Award. Being in the industry since 2004, he specialises in Investments, Insurance, Goal Setting, and Wealth Planning. He started his career in 2004 through an Absa Learnership and continued working for Absa Private Bank and Absa Brokers until 2007 before moving over to FNB Brokers for 18 months after which he founded Royal Square Financial in 2009. He sees maintaining the high levels of confidence from clients, the selection into the Deutsche Bank Centre for Financial Entrepreneurs, attracting high quality staff into the business to serve clients as some of his biggest accomplishments.

Valerie Musongo, Office and Client Services Administrator, joined Royal Square Financial in 2013 bringing with her a wealth of experience in administration. Previously, Valerie served as an executive assistant for Progressive Wealth (Pty) Ltd. She is a seasoned administrator with over 7 years experience in the field. As the Office Administrator she is your first point of contact in almost all situations and is always ready to assist you. She works closely with all the advisors to ensure that operations are streamlined and that clients enjoy a smooth and memorable experience. Valerie believes in continuous development and as such, she is currently studying towards her B.Com in Financial Management as well as her Higher Certificate in Financial Planning.

Sophie Sunguza Ngongo, Office and Client Services Administrator, joined Royal Square Financial in 2016. She has a Bcom degree in General Management with UNISA. As the Office Administrator she is your first point of contact in almost all situations and is always ready to assist you.
